Psyleron developed a new version of the Mind Lamp, called the Multi-Mode lamp. This new lamp includes White-to-Color mode, in which the lamp stays a natural bright white color until the internal Random Event Generator causes it to become one of the other eight colors. White-to-Color mode provides a more direct way to experience how conscious intention can affect the lamp. The secondary mode is the traditional Rainbow mode, in which the lamp moves around the color wheel according to the REG.

The new Multi-Mode lamp will also include a 50-page, full color handbook detailing the background research, how to use the new modes, and even how to "score" Mind Lamp interactions using statistics based on Random Event Generators.
